and a great doc appointment.
cervix has basically stayed the same.
for THREE weeks now.
first thing out of doc's mouth today was, 'you're boring.'
i'll take boring!
i'm still on strict bedrest.
for this week.
next monday, IF nothing has changed, he may give me some wiggle room.
no six flags or marathons.
but, maybe a little something other than my bed.
crossing fingers!
we talked about the delivery.
we talked about breast feeding vs. formula.
he STRESSED how hard it may be to breast feed.
of course, he's for it, but wanted me to be prepared for two.
i told him i have read and read and read some more regarding this.
and i feel i am as prepared as much as i can be without them here.
he asked if i read baby wise.
WHAT???
i didn't think doc's were for this philosophy.
he HIGHLY recommended getting them on a schedule.
again....i knew i loved this doc.
glad we are all on the same page with this.
and lastly......we scheduled a TENTATIVE delivery date!!!!
april 26, 2010.
i love the 26th.
why, you ask???
b/c i was born on january 26th.
adam and his dad share a birthday on august 26th.
and, my brother's birthday is march 26th.
why not keep it in the family, right?!!?
a delivery date is set.
WOW- this makes this all a little more real.
we got the car seats installed in the tahoe today too.
i'm not gonna lie.
i looked back there a number of times on my way home.
it's all coming together.
we're gonna have two little beetles here with us soon.
and as i've said before.
it's a little bitter sweet.
as much as i can't wait to love on them in person.
i think i'm gonna miss them in my belly.
i may not experience this again.
and it truly has been such an amazing experience.
i've been the sole provider of two babies.
even during the hard times.
wouldn't have traded this for anything!
still have a few more weeks - hopefully.
GROW babies GROW!
the boys at 32w 5d:
babyA: 4.8 lbs
baby B: 4.13 lbs
i got over 9 lbs of beetle in me.
everything else looks great on them.
we all couldn't be more pleased!
