in less than a month.
the hubs surprised me not once, but twice.
the first AH-MA-ZING surprise was pulled off the weekend of the boys par-tee.
and the second.
it came last night.
out.of.the.blue.
happy early mommy's day to ME!
we test drove them last weekend.
adam told me it was too expensive to only get to use for a few more months.
{i think it starts snowing in the cleve in like october}.
i really wanted it.
but let it go.
the mcclaren has treated us very very well.
it was getting harder and harder to push with the extra lbs inside.
but, we could manage.
if we had too.
well, adam had other {secret} plans in mind.
he put his negotiating skills to work.
and
uhm yea, bet you didn't know you could negotiate one of those Bob's.
did ya?!
you must not know my adam.
the little boys and i met daddy at the park today for a picnic lunch.
and for our very first outing in the new ride.
as to be expected.
holden cried.
{he's not much into change...kinda like his mommy}.
but other than the tears. and the challenge of getting that monster in and out of the tahoe.
it's a dream of a stroller and have not one complaint.
thanks babe for the BEST mommy's day gift ever.
and ps - i'll be expecting a surprise about once a month.
i'm kinda liking these.
AND you're getting really good at them.
happy thursday and almost mommy's day to y'all!

That's awesome!!! Way to go Adam! We have looked a little at double strollers, my friend who has 2 girls same amt apart as ours will be said that she used her A LOT!! but of course we wouldn't need one for a few months so I'm trying to decide what I want to do right at beginning as far as the stroller situation goes!!! Hope that you have a wonderful day on Sunday:)
ReplyDeleteI love my double Bob! We rarely have the back bench up in the van, so I usually just drive the puppy right into the back, no folding necessary :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE the BOB...LOVE that I had a very small part in the surprise. I might be a teeny bit jealous you got yours first. Just a teensy tiny micro bit. <3 you!
