7 months...

i feel like i just wrote their 6 month post.
and i'm late on this one by 5 days.
to say the time flies is an understatement.
there aren't words to describe how quickly the...
days.
weeks.
and months are flying by.

we had a super busy month with visitors.
we LOVE visitors.
we had a first thanksgiving.
man do we have A LOT to be thankful for.
we had a lot of new haps around here.
but the award for the most changes, growths, and new developments goes to....
LEDGER!

in his 6th month of life he....
sits up on his own.
grew TWO teefers {all in the same night}.
started saying, 'dada.'
started army crawling.

WHEW....that's A LOT for a wee lil' one.

we are so proud of all his accomplishments.
well, all but the army crawling.

I AM NOT READY.

i knew my life had forever changed when...
i left him on the floor.
walked into the bathroom.
came out and he was facing the complete opposite direction.
with both hands in and on the jar of butt paste.
yep...life as we knew it was dead and gone.

month 7 is going to belong to this cute lil guy.
i can just feel it.

randoms...
* since the time change, the boys are fighting us to go to bed at 6:00pm. it's a struggle every night to keep them up past then. so, we give in and they go down for the night at or around 6 o'clock. and we don't see their sweet faces until 7:00am.
yep....that's 13 hours of sleep peps.
they are just like their mommy.....
LOVES them some sleep.
{and mommy and daddy don't mind it either}.
* we are still on the 4 hour schedule. and it still ROCKS. they still take 2.5 naps a day. morning nap is 2.5 hrs and afternoon nap is 2 hrs. then they take a cat nap {which is still hit-n-miss} of 30-45 minutes.
* solids are still going good. they LOVE everything mommy makes them. we started breakfast this past month as well. i know i need to start lunch sometime soon too, but that's our time to get out of the house, so i'm really not sure when i can sneak this in. but, i'm sure we will figure that out as well.
* they are doing MUCH better in public. they LOVE their bjorns....no more crying fits while out and about. so happy about this.
* i'm still making milk for them. yes....STILL making milk. some days i want to stop. but, i keep treak'n along. i'm only pump'n 3 times a day now...so, it's not that bad. every time i say i want to stop. adam always tells me, 'the boys love their mommy's milk'....so, i keep pump'n away, because i know they do!

i know i'm missing stuff, but i think i hit all the high notes.
these boys still make my heart melt.
daily.
they make me smile just thinking about them.

we
are
so
blessed!
