we've been busy busy around here with projects to complete our home.
i've been dying to share them.
but have held back due to the whole room{s} not being complete.
well....
after the boys morning nap, i took a moment to set up the camera and let that flashing light go to town.
i noticed that in the background were a tier of the books shelves the hubs and i made.
and with that.....
i decided to share the reading corner of the upstairs playroom.
{lacking floor pillows and paint to cover up the nail holes and all}.
the shelves were more of a project than we had imagined.
but LOVE the outcome.
the picket fences were snatched from my favorite antique store.
letters were spray painted and the cars were an added lil extra.
because my boys are OBSESSED with cars {really trucks, but to them, they are all cars}.
the balloons {as holden refers to them as} were from their big birthday bash.
without further adieu.....
we love the way the reading corner turned out.
i've been searching everywhere for some floor pillows that will work.
that and the paint to cover the nails, and this side of the room is donezo.
and that's all we have for this embrace day.
i promise to have the boys in something other than those blue shirts next thursday.
{i'm sure i am the only one who noticed/remembered they wore them two embraces ago}.
